For me Training comes from my Spirit. I was fortunate enough to have met a wise & responsible life coach when I was 15 years old. His practice meant a lot to me. He pushed me to be a better person, see life deeply, and practice honesty, compassion and guided me to a Path of self-growth. When I decided to become a full time Personal Trainer because my passion for the ART of BODY just continued to grow, I modeled my business structure after his.
I learned from over 6 amazing Personal trainers over 6 extremely intense years, it was like FITNESS SCHOOL. I competed and will continue to compete. I did it myself. How can you TEACH something you don’t know? How can you tell someone to do something you never did? So I said ME 1st. And boy oh boy did I SACRIFICE everything to Learn but for me it felt right & I loved it so I was fine with it.
Once I learned about muscle building, the food part, the different angles, and a lot of sciences & techniques. I actually modeled my integrity & virtues & character and business after my Life Coach’s practice. Bodybuilding is Beautiful on the outside, but what’s the Point of Taking the Path of using Bodybuilding to Sculpt Your Body if you’re not Conscious of what it really IS to YOU.
For me, it is an Art Form, a metaphor for Life - you hurt - you rest - you recover and come back stronger - just like In Life
